Ingmann Estates rents Commercial and Residential land on themed private sims. We currently are exploring semi-urban and rural sims with fall/pacific northwest coloring. Rents vary but are generally on the low end of the scale in world. We do not charge a ‘move in’ or land purchase cost. The land will be set to sale for 1L to you so that you can have administration and creation rights over the parcel you are renting. The Shops @ Conatus
The shops are currently our premier independant shopping district, with stores such as Nyte’N'Day, Phoenix Rising, and the headquarters of popular blog WTFug. This is a truly unique place to hang out and shop. We are planning a music venue in the main plaza and are looking for interested parties. Store sizes are generous and rents here are:
