The Heights @ Paratus
So, I said I was busy, and that’s true, but what I’ve been busy with, besides building modern lofts for gorgeous blondes, is getting another sim! Ingmann Design has taken over what used to be Ethereality and now has a nice shopping and residential district that is still very much fitting in with the rest of our design. We currently have plenty of residential townhouses for rent and would love to have you living with us. Currently the rents are 1500 for 703 prims and 1800 for 937. The townhouse is included and I do my absolute best to take care of my residents. On top of that we have great shopping with NyteNDay and Phoenix Rising anchoring our independant shopping district.
