It’s amazing how much work it takes to get things that should be simple to work. The idea was to get our upcoming events listed on the website and also on our notice board in world. This turned out to be harder then I thought. Today we’ll talk about the new site and what it took to get there. Our calendar is now listed at the bottom of our Ingmann’s Stage page. Unfortunately Wordpress dosen’t allow embedded Google calendars so I had to try about 6 different plugins before I found one that actually worked, it actually was easy once I found the right plugin. If you’re looking for one, the one I found that was easiest and actually worked is ICS Calendar and it simply puts a list of upcoming events on the page, really nice, really easy and now it’s there. So if you are wondering when our concerts are or when our dj’s play, just go here and look. Of course those are recurring shows so late cancelations may not be accurate, but otherwise it should be fine.
